Denver University 2008 NCAA Champs

Congrats to our two local NCAA Teams for taking 1st and 2nd in the NCAA Championship.  CU dominated the Nordic scoring with Maria Grevsgård winning both individual Nordic titles and Kit Richmond taking 2nd in his last college race.  Congrats to the great Nordic performances by DU & CU to lead their teams to the top two spots overall!

We've only had preliminary reports, but we heard that our Q1.3 grind was running very well for the skate race where the snow was relatively new and just under freezing.  We did a lot of grinds for NCAA teams, so I'm sure we'll be bragging soon once we hear who was running what.

In the classic races, CU placed all six skiers in the top 11.  In the skate races, CU took the top 2 women's spots and 3, 11, 17 in the men's race.  CU ended up with a 97 win over DU in the nordic competition, a gigantic margin.
