These are fluorinated hydrocarbon waxes having a lower percentage of low-melt point fluoro additives. They are used as training waxes, or as racing waxes with Cera F as a final layer, or alone as a race wax at very low temperatures.

The temperature ranges and wax colors of the LFX waxes coincide with the HFX category. LFX waxes are lighter colored than CHX. The Cera Nova LFX line sees new formulas in 5, 7 and 10 based on the extensive testing done with the HF lines.
