The integrated brake offers a dual function, acting as both a brake and heel lifter, and can be quickly operated with just one hand. This allows for seamless transitions between ski and walk modes while effortlessly deploying either the heel lifter or brake. Conforming to ISMF regulations as of 2021, which require brakes in races, the Low Tech Race 105+ weighs just 134 grams—making it a lightweight yet reliable companion in your race against both the clock and your competitors.

With its excellent rigidity and power transfer to the ski, the Low Tech Race 105+ is a robust and responsive binding. Its long excenter ensures fast and precise entry and exit from the binding. The binding also offers the option of an adjustment plate, allowing for a 20 mm heel adjustment to accommodate different sole lengths. Both lateral and vertical release are pre-set to a value that balances safety and performance, as determined by experienced skimo athletes over the years.
