Summer Ski Care
BNS recommends cleaning and waxing your skis before you put them away for the summer. We offer our Summer wax service for $49 and we also have a video how-to below for doing it yourself. Bring in your skis by May 15th, mention this email, and we'll do it for $40. The BNS Summer Wax Service includes cleaning and hot box treatment that will get your skis ready for summer hibernation. Click here for our how-to guide.
If your skis are due for a stone grind, get them set up now and let your skis soak up wax all summer. Fill out our Stone Grinding Work Order Form and send your skis to our Boulder location today. We just raised our stone grinding prices. Mention this email and get the old grind price of $75 (new price $85) through May 31.
Stop by one of our locations or call us at 877-BNS-SKIS (267-7547) to learn more.

Stone Grinding Update
We have transitioned to our summer stone grinding schedule, which means batches happen approximately monthly until September when we start to ramp things up for winter. Summer is the best time to grind your skis as we have the time to do our best work, there is no rush to get them back before the snow flies, and your skis soak up wax longer the earlier you get them to us. We just raised grind prices to $85 and hot box to $39. Get your skis to us before May 31 and get the old pricing for grinds ($75) and hot box ($35)
We can help you evaluate your skis, choose grinds, and make recommendations for new skis. If you want us to evaluate your skis or make a grind recommendation, simply note that on the work order for each pair of skis you want us to look at. We will call you when your skis arrive and go through everything with you.
New this year, we can ship you a ski box to your home, so all you have to do is pack up your skis and drop them off at UPS. You can order the stone grinds on our website and even add a box that we ship to your door with a return label to ship them back to us.
If you have skis that need to be ground, don’t hesitate--send them to or drop them off at our BNS HQ in Boulder now. Skis can be dropped off at our Portland, Maine location as well, but please ship skis only to BNS Boulder.
