Minor repairs such as flat fixes or simple accessory installation can often be handled quickly. Larger repairs and tune-ups are scheduled based on current service availability.
Level 1 Tune

Inspect + Quick Tune-Up
Best for a bike that hasn't been ridden in a while, is generally in good condition, or just needs a thorough check and adjustment.
- Full frame and wheelset wipe-down
- Precision adjustment of brakes and derailleurs
- Adjustment and inspection of bearing interfaces
- Wheel true
- Inspection of bolts and proper torque
- Lubrication of chain and cables

Level 2 Tune
$200
Complete Tune-Up + Clean
Best for bikes with substantial mileage, bikes that need a deeper service, or when something doesn't feel quite right.
- Complete drivetrain disassembly
- Chain, cassette, crankset and derailleurs removed and cleaned in our heated parts washer
- Precision adjustment of brakes and derailleurs
- Inspection and adjustment of bearing interfaces
- Check tire pressure and tubeless sealant level when applicable
- Clean and polish frame, wheels and tires
- Inspect bolts for proper torque
- Lubricate chain and cables
- 50% off additional labor needed during the tune, including items such as bearing replacement or cable installation

MTB Full Tune

Complete Tune + Suspension Service
A comprehensive service for full-suspension mountain bikes.
- Everything included in the Level 2 Tune
- Front and rear suspension service
- Fork dust wipers and lower-leg oil service
- Rear shock air-can service
- Torque suspension hardware to specification
- Set suspension based on rider weight
- Tier 2 brake bleed on front and rear brakes
Suspension parts and other replacement parts are additional where applicable.
Complimentary Break-In Tune-Up & Lifetime Adjustments
Every new bike purchased from Boulder Nordic & Cycle Sport includes a complimentary break-in tune-up and lifetime adjustments for the original owner.
There's no deadline on the break-in tune-up. Ride your bike, let the components settle in, and bring it back when it feels ready for attention. For many riders that's after roughly 10–15 rides, but you're welcome to bring it in whenever it needs adjustment.
