This pole uses the new Swix sizing system for 22-23 that measures to the strap rather than the top of the grip. Read more and see a sizing chart here. It does not come with a strap. Please order a Swix TCS strap separately.

AERO SHAFT
Swix is constantly developing the optimal shaft construction & shape for the athletes to perform
and reach their goals. The unique, patented, 4 cornered cross section provides the optimum
combination of stiffness and reduced wind drag. The aero shape offers up to a 20% reduction in
wind drag compared to fully round shafts. The carbon construction, with 10 carefully selected
and placed aerospace-quality carbon layers, transmits 100% of your energy and secures the best
strength for the home straight sprint for gold. The new finish for the Triac 5.0 highlights the
heritage of our soon to be 80-year-old brand, and for the athlete's benefit does not add weight to
the pole.

The unique laminate varies the layup in each shaft length thus the need to sell in 2.5cm increments. It is not recommended to cut Triac 5.0 poles more than 7.5cm.

FORCE CORK HANDLE
The new Force Cork handle presents the pinnacle attention to details providing increased
strength, stiffness & power transfer. The 3D shaped cork gives increased grip when you need it
and enables a more relaxed ski feel even when the athlete pushes to the ultimate limit. TCS
(Triac Control System) connection is balanced to keep your poles under control at all speeds.
For customizing the optimal fit, athletes can select their favorite strap from the wide collection of
Swix TCS straps to be prepared to win. All new straps are equipped with a patented TCS QR
quick release system.
TBS BASKET SYSTEM
The original, lightest, fastest and patented interchangeable basket system allows the athlete to
optimize the basket size to succeed in any condition in just a few seconds with no tools needed.
A new Large Leaf basket for loose conditions is added to the TBS (Triac Basket System) to gain
that winning margin when needed. Our talented team has improved the fitting of the basket and
now there is an indicator line on the shaft to make sure the basket is fitted correctly.
