The Hylex is a full hydraulic disc brake system designed for drop bar bikes. It features an integrated master cylinder built into the ergonomically shaped lever body, making it ideal for single speed riders and those seeking simplicity without compromising braking performance.
The ergonomic lever blade provides comfort and control, while reach adjustment allows riders to customize the fitment to their preference. The 2-piston caliper incorporates heat-isolating hybrid pistons and comes equipped with F12RS performance resin flat mount pads designed for 1.8mm thick disc rotors.
The brake system includes an EZ Plug system that allows the brake hose to be disconnected from the lever without losing a significant amount of brake fluid. The complete system—lever, caliper, and hose—weighs 429g.
